Janet MacLean Jansen helms JMAC Partners, bringing exceptional strategic, analytical and communications skills to this key role. She oversees team delivery of results-driven services that meet or exceed clients’ constantly evolving needs. Janet champions metrics-based strategies that integrate new technologies with traditional relationship building for complete client solutions. Janet’s prior leadership experience includes senior positions in the clinical trial patient recruitment industry; professional services and securities industries; as well as work with educational and charitable firms. She transformed both for- and not-for-profit firms to achieve service expansion, fiscal efficiency, organizational growth and broader community support. Janet holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Bryant University.

Cindy Gianelli fuses critical thinking, team leadership and hands-on competencies across multiple platforms to deliver award-winning creative that resonates with both patient and professional audiences. She has led pharmaceutical and medical device creative and communications teams for over 20 years. Cindy brings results-driven and decisive leadership to all aspects of the creative process, including: concepting, development, design, production and digital delivery. Cindy has received industry-wide recognition for her broadcast and print campaigns including Medical Marketing & Media Awards, Telly Awards and a Stevie American Business Award. Cindy received her BFA in Motion Pictures and Television from the University of California Los Angeles.

Dr. Michael Hamrell brings well over 25 years of experience in academics, government, and private industry to provide unparalleled Regulatory Affairs counsel. His took his first position with the FDA in the Division of Bioequivalence in 1985, moving on to the FDA’s Division of Antiviral Drug Products in 1988 and later to the NIH in 1990 as the Chief of Regulatory Affairs in the Division of AIDS at the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID). Dr. Hamrell started private consulting in 1994, and it continues to be his primary focus today. Dr. Hamrell also holds an appointment as Adjunct Associate Professor of Molecular Pharmacology and Toxicology at the University of Southern California School of Pharmacy, as Adjunct Associate Professor at the Massachusetts College of Pharmacy & Health Sciences, and as Adjunct Associate Professor at the College of Health Sciences at Touro University International. Dr. Hamrell served as a founding editorial board member for Applied Clinical Trials and RA FOCUS and as a member of the editorial board of the DIA Journal. He also serves on the editorial board of Applied Clinical Trials, Clinical Trials Advisor, the DIA Forum, and is the Editor in Chief of the Drug Information Journal.
